Preparatory and 9th Grade

The parents of prospective students eligible for admission based on the results of the central exam must have completed the admission process in accordance with the admission calendar.

The students who are definitely enrolled are invited to take the English Proficiency Exam on the scheduled date during the week of admission in order to determine whether they will be able to study in the Preparatory Grade. The student who passes the English Proficiency Exam is transferred to 9th Grade if there is a vacancy.

If there is a vacancy in 9th Grade after the admissions based on the Centralized Examination, prospective students who have already completed the Preparatory Grade of another school are invited to take the exam in August upon the decision of the School Administration. Prospective students who have completed 8th Grade abroad are invited to the exams held in May/August upon the decision of the School Administration. Reserve lists are created from the students who are accepted to our school as a result of the exam. When there is a vacancy, the admission documents are sent by e-mail to the parents of the prospective student from the reserve list. The parents of the prospective student in line for admission must complete the admission process within the period specified by the school administration. In case the admission process is not completed, the parents of the student who is next in line will be invited to enroll.

Prospective students’ parents need to follow the e-mail notifications and instructions sent for the admission process closely. For the admission of the student eligible for admission to be finalized, the financial admission process must also be concluded by uploading the documents and signed forms requested below to the relevant digital portal on the specified admission dates.
