Prospective Student Application

The Hisar School prospective student application process consists of four stages.

1- PRE-APPLICATION

The Prospective Student Pre-Application Form for the relevant grade level is filled out via the school’s website.

2 – APPLICATION

According to the information letters sent to candidates who have completed the pre-application form and the announced application schedule:

  • Preschool/1st Grade: Steps are completed for lottery application.
  • 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grades: Steps are completed for the recognition and assessment application.
  • Middle School and High School: Steps are completed for the exam application.
At this stage, all procedures are carried out through the HisarNet Portal. Login information for the portal is sent via email to candidates who have completed the pre-application by the Registration Office.

Tasks to be completed during the application stage:

  • Uploading a copy of the prospective student’s ID to the system.
  • Payment of the lottery/exam/assessment fee via credit card.
3 –  PRE-REGISTRATION
The registration process for students who have been granted the right to enroll based on the lottery/exam/assessment results is completed through the HisarNet Portal.
For the completion of the pre-registration stage for the prospective student, all of the following documents must be complete and submitted:

Tasks to be completed during the pre-registration stage:

  • Payment of the pre-registration fee and uploading the receipt to the system.
  • Signing the Registration Cancellation and Information Letter.
  • Signing the Parent Cooperation Agreement.
  • Completing the Student Information Form.
4 –  REGISTRATION
Candidates who have completed the pre-registration stage must initiate the financial process and complete the final registration document list according to the announced definitive registration schedule.

Final Registration Document List:

  • Uploading a passport-sized photo of the student to the system.
  • A copy of the parents’ ID cards.
  • Uploading passport-sized photos of the parents to the system.
  • A residence certificate for the parent who will complete the registration process.
  • Signing the MEB (Ministry of National Education) Agreement (to be delivered in person with a wet signature).
  • A health report from a doctor for the student.
  • If the parents are divorced, a Custody Certificate.
  • For students transferring to 10th or 11th grade from another high school, an approved transcript or report card from the previous academic year by the school administration.
  • For students wishing to register from abroad, a transcript from their current school and an equivalency certificate approved by the relevant Provincial MEB Directorate.
