In this context, Hisar School facilitators took part in UbD trainings organized for new teachers and the program was successfully completed. The Center aims to increase knowledge and experience sharing among teachers based on the principle of “we learn together” to make professional learning communities more dynamic and effective. At the same time, it aims to open new horizons in education by reaching out to teachers not only in its neighborhood but also across Turkey. In this way, while contributing to the professional development processes of teachers, it adopts the mission of creating a wider impact and spreading the culture of sustainable learning.
