A Change Management Training was organized for school administrators, department heads, and center coordinators. The training, led by İnanç Ayar, focused on the strategies and tools necessary to successfully manage change processes. Topics such as individual change, managing resistance to change, taking initial steps, and different change models were discussed. The Change Management Training will continue with videos to be shared by the instructor and a second session.
