As part of March 8, International Women’s Day, our Grade 3 students met with author Demet Kılıç in an online meeting. Evaluating the author’s book “Dilhan Ege Eryurt: The Woman Who Solves the Secrets of the Sun”, our students listened to the life story of Dilhan Ege Eryurt, the first Turkish female astrophysicist in NASA, from Demet Kılıç, and discussed about women’s contributions to science.
