Cleaning and Hygiene
Hisar School holds the “Clean School” certification issued by the Ministry of National Education and maintains hygiene standards accordingly. All classrooms undergo daily and monthly deep cleaning following strict hygiene protocols. Regular cleaning programs are meticulously implemented to ensure a healthy learning environment for students.
Transportation and Safety
School Bus Regulations
- School bus services are regulated under official guidelines, ensuring safe and organized transportation for students.
Role of the Parent Association
- The Parent Association monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and safety of transportation services.
- Parent feedback is regularly assessed, and necessary improvements are made.
Meals and Nutrition
Daily Meals
Preschool students have:
- Morning snack in their classrooms.
- Lunch in the preschool cafeteria with teachers and classmates.
- Afternoon snack in their classrooms.
Catering Services & Sardunya Food Company
- All meals are prepared by Sardunya Food Company and are designed based on nutritional value, healthy ingredients, and age-appropriate portions.
Meal Committee & Nutrition Supervision
- School Doctor, Vice Principals, Parent Association Members, and a Food Engineer oversee meal quality and improvements.
- Parent and student feedback is collected regularly through surveys and used for continuous improvement.

Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
School Arrival
- The preschool program starts at 08:00.
- Students arriving on foot (07:45-08:15) are met at the main entrance by teachers and guided to their classrooms.
- Students arriving by bus are escorted to classrooms by teachers.
- Drop-off by car is allowed between 07:45-08:15.
School Dismissal
- Dismissal times: Monday-Thursday 15:30, Friday 14:40.
- Parents of students arriving by car must park outside and enter the school on foot to pick up their children from the designated area. This is because vehicle entry to the school is not permitted during dismissal times.
- If another adult will pick up the student, the school must be informed by 10:00 AM via Student Affairs.
Dress Code and Personal Care
Uniform Guidelines
- Students wear Hisar t-shirts and tracksuits/shorts to school.
- Wednesdays are casual dress days.
- Each student must keep an extra set of clothes and indoor shoes in their classroom locker.
Personal Care
- Parents are responsible for updating spare clothes as needed and ensuring they are weather-appropriate.
- Long hair should be tied back or students should bring a hair tie to prevent distractions during activities and meals.
Health and Medical Services
- The school has one doctor and four nurses available throughout the day.
- If a student needs to take medication, it must be clearly labeled and sent with a medication form.
- In cases of contagious diseases, a doctor’s report must be submitted, and the student should not be sent to school.

Student Affairs and Security Procedures
- The Student Affairs Office is the first point of contact for administrative communication between school and parents.
- Students cannot be dismissed to an individual without a Parent Card or Student Pick-up Pass.
- If another person is picking up the student, the school must be notified by 10:00 AM.
