Prospective High School Students

The Hisar School 2025 – 2026 Academic Year High School Mid-Term Exam will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 09:00 AM at our school. While the prospective students are taking the exam, a parent information meeting will be held by our High School Principal, Okan Uzelli, for prospective parents in the A Block Feyyaz Berker Hall between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. After the information session, a school tour will be organized for the candidates.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Prospective candidates from abroad who cannot attend the exam in person must inform us via email at hisarkayitisleri@hisarschool.k12.tr. Candidates whose excuses are approved will take the exam online on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 09:00 AM (Türkiye Time). A technical trial session will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 07:00 PM before the online exam.

Application Documents:

We kindly request that you bring the following documents in full when coming to the exam. The application documents must be up-to-date and photocopies. Please note that if the application documents are incomplete, the student will not be considered for evaluation.

• One passport-size photo,
• A photocopy of the report card or transcript (for the first semester),
• Attendance information (e-school),
• A letter from the current school stating that there are no disciplinary actions,
• Appreciation, honor, or certificate of excellence
• Reference letter (for international candidates)

The admission of Turkish candidates who have completed 8th grade to Hisar High School is solely based on their LGS (High School Entrance System) scores. The application requirements and examination processes for all students from both Turkish and international schools are detailed specifically for the Preparatory Class, and 9th, 10th, and 11th grades.

Our assessment consists of Verbal, Quantitative, and English sections (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking). You can access the exam topics by selecting the grade level you are applying for. The student admissions committee may conduct interviews with candidates if necessary.
