AP Exams Application Process for Non-Hisar Students
Hisar School is an official AP exam center; non-Hisar students have the opportunity to take AP exams at Hisar School. Non-Hisar students are not accepted to AP courses at Hisar and may only take the exams. Non-Hisar students must register for the AP Exams on HisarNet and create an account on the College Board website and enter their exam code as EXAM ONLY students.
For Non-Hisar Students;
- Exam-only students do not have access to course materials and questions through the College Board system.
- Please note that the AP exam application deadlines announced by the Hisar School Test Center may differ from the deadlines on the College Board website. Pay attention to the dates and deadlines announced by the Hisar School Test Center.
AP Exams Application Process
- Create a Hisar School HisarNet account and Complete the Exam Application Form
The first step in the AP Exam application process is to create a Hisar School HisarNet account and complete the AP Exam Application Form. On this form, you will indicate which exam/s you will take at Hisar School. When filling out the form, you are expected to enter the information as they appear in your account on the College Board.
- Pay the Exam Fee
You can complete the AP Exam Application Form and make your application by paying for the exams you have selected separately via credit card. In case of exam cancellation, the refund will be made to the credit card you have paid.
- Include the name of the student and AP Exam 2025 in the payment subject line
- Please take into account any bank fees when making the payment
- In case of a refund, payment will be made to the same account from which it was received
- Create a College Board account and Enter the Exam Codes in the College Board System
After submitting the AP Exam Application Form and paying the exam fee, a code will be shared with the student and his/her parent/s
Students must enter these codes in their College Board account as soon as they are received. (NOT entering the code will result in the exam/s NOT being ordered.)
The AP Exam Application process is complete when the student can view the exams he/she will take in the AP section of his/her College Board account.
Important Refund Information:
- For exam cancellations made between October 22nd, 2024- February 28th, 2025, 50% per exam will be deducted from the fee paid.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made after March 1, 2025.
