Conflict Management and Communication Training for school administrators, center coordinators, and department heads was held by Mind Academy on Tuesday, November 7. 30 teachers participated in the training in which reasons and types of conflicts in institutions as well as feedback and communication strategies that can be utilized for conflict resolution were discussed.
