Our 8th grade students participated in the trip titled “From Antiquity to Modern Times: Epics and Çanakkale Resistance” between October 12-14 with the cooperation of our Turkish and Social Sciences departments. During the trip, where we visited Çanakkale, Balıkesir and İzmir, they saw concrete examples of the Çanakkale Front, Mustafa Kemal and World War I within the scope of the achievements of the Turkish Revolution History and Kemalism course and witnessed history. Within the scope of the Turkish lesson, they gained concrete acquisitions about the content of legends, myths, epics and story types.
