Our Primary School 3rd and 4th Graders participated in the MATBEG application held in our school during the week of February 27 – March 03.
MATBEG is an application where there are different types and numbers of unusual problems for each grade level. MATBEG problems were developed according to 4 basic mathematical skill areas: Spatial and Shape, Number and Operation, Mathematical Reasoning, Mathematical Information Literacy. Their problems are structurally classified as “word problems, visual problems, short story based problems, instrumental problems and mixed”.
