Under the leadership of our Professional Learning Center, 18 teachers from different levels participated in the “Non-Violent Communication” training held at our school by Gizem Alav Şapçı, one of the trainers of the Nonviolent Communication Association. The training, held on February 11 and 18, focused on self-compassion, empathy and fully expressing needs.
