Our 8th grade students developed projects for the benefit of Kars Boğatepe Village with the “Changemakers Development Project” they designed. Our students who went to Kars on 1-4 December to take concrete steps regarding these projects did a detailed fieldwork here.
During the studies, our students met with one of Turkey’s most important biotechnology and plant protection experts, Prof. Dr. Oktay Gürkan. Students mingled with the village people, experienced the village life and visited the city of Ani in Kars, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. İlhan Koçulu, President of Boğatepe Environment and Life Association, accompanied our students during the Kars trip.
