Organized by our High School Social Sciences Department, the “History on the Streets of Istanbul: Fener-Balat” trip took place on Saturday, October 15, with the participation of our teachers and students under the guidance of our History teacher, Faruk Yalçın.
During the trip St. Stephen’s Bulgarian Orthodox Church (Iron Church), Istanbul Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, Private Fener Greek Secondary School and High School, Kanlı Church, Stairs Yokuş Evler, Dimitrie Cantemir House and Park were visited. These trips, which our students enjoyed, will continue every month. All High School teachers and students are invited to our tours with the theme of “History on the Streets of Istanbul”.
