The “Instructional Supervision Training” organized by Mind Academy for our department heads and school administrators through the lead of Hisar School Professional Learning Center (PÖMER) was held at our school between 18 – 19 August 2022.
A total of 30 teachers attended the training, in which subjects such as supervision, self-assessment and leading the professional development process through effective teacher standards and data, and the skills of giving and receiving effective feedback were discussed.
