As Hisar School, our work on digital citizenship has been regularly accredited by Common Sense Education, the most important organization in this field, since 2016. In this context, we would like to proudly share that we have successfully completed the accreditation process for the 2021-2023 period.
Hisar School is the first school in Turkey to be accredited in this field. In this direction, while integrating the “digital citizenship” curriculum prepared by Common Sense Education into our lessons, “internet safety”, “copyrights”, “virtual bullying”, “privacy and security”, “digital identity” and “media literacy” topics are also discussed in detail at all K12 levels.
