On October 29, we celebrated the 97th anniversary of the foundation of the Turkish Republic with enthusiasm in the online ceremony organized by our students with the concept of “Protecting Republican Values”, which was streamed on our YouTube channel. In the ceremony, after the opening speech of the High School Principal, Mr. Okan Uzelli, the Chairman of Hisar Educational Foundation, Mr. Feyyaz Yüzatlı, made a speech to our students and all the stakeholders of Hisar School to convey the meaning of this special day and talked about how Mustafa Kemal Atatürk founded the Republic of Turkey and impressed the whole world in a period when a regime based on the sovereignty of people was rarely witnessed. At the end of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hakan Erdem, our guest from Sabancı University, gave a speech.
