Technovation Girls is an international organization that offers female students around the world opportunities in programming, product development, entrepreneurship and leadership. Every year, on this platform, female students from different parts of the world identify an important problem in their community and work to produce solutions.
While Technovation Girls event is on the way, our High School students held the Technovation Girls Launch Event Turkey on February 22, 2020.
In the event where workshops were given to our students on problem analysis, generating and prioritizing ideas, finding solutions to problems, realizing mobile application prototypes and presentation, guest speakers attended the event with their experiences.
Since 2012, we have been working with Technovation Challenge on programming, product development, entrepreneurship and leadership. Within the scope of the project, a mobile application focusing on the solution is developed with many students at the Middle and High School level, and the process is completed with a comprehensive business plan to implement the application. In this regard, our students who participated in the Technovation Challenge competition were selected as “student ambassador” by the organization in 2018 at the World Finals in San Francisco.
We congratulate our students who took part in the event held under the mentoring of the Computer Education Department.
