Our Grade 11 students Ali K. and Umut Ö. presented their project ”Pomegranate (Punica Granatum) Peel as an Effective Adsorbent for Lead in Waste Water” at the “Harvard and MIT Science and Art Conference” held in Boston, USA between May 27 and June1 . During the conference, our students had the opportunity to talk about their project to academicians and our Chemistry teacher Sevinç Erdoğmuş presented her paper ”Conducting Environment Friendly Experiments in Chemistry Education”.
