Our High School students Liora N., Can G., Batuhan B., Yoel N., Can A., Rana T. ve Ece T., were accepted to “2019 ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction 2019” organized in Daegu, South Korea with the project they developed in IdeaLab at our school under the mentorship of Computer Science Department.
Our students presented their project Pomelo, the robot project that aims to teach children programming, and “Pomelo, a Collaborative Education Technology Interaction Robot” article they wrote being the only high school team to participate in the conference that hosted 400 people. They displayed their project among the projects from undergraduate, graduate and PhD students’ works and deserved “Delegates’ Choice” award in “Student Design Competition” and. They participated in many workshops on Robotics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence throughout the conference.
