Hisar School again hosted the Human Rights Event organized every year by ILFKP( Istanbul High Schools Philosophy Clubs) of which Hisar High School Philosophy Club is a member. The event took place on December 15.
Hisar School students were awarded with the ”Most Artistic Design” at the 15th NASA JPL Invention Challenge to which 38 high school teams have participated.
Kenn Nesbitt, awarded with a Poet Laureate title, visited our school again this year. Nesbitt worked with 6th Grade students and held creative writing workshops for two days on December 12 and 13 upon his seminar.
Our students conducted Basketball classes during their English classes with the cooperation of Sports and English Departments. Instructor students thought their peers the necessary terminology to understand the hip-hop novel ”The Crossover”
