Our High School students have participated in Teknofest 2018 Aeronautics, Space and Technology Festival organized in the New Istanbul Airport between October 20 and 23 in five branches with the mentorship of our Computer Science Department and represented our school in ”Model Airplane”, ”Turkish Airlines Hackathon”, ”Robotic Conquest 1453”,”Take-Off Startup” and ”Artificial Intelligence”.
Our students took classes from Istanbul Technical University Space and Aviation Sciences Institute professors for a month for Model Airplane competition and built their own airplane.
As our students were the only high school team in the Turkish Hachathon, they were given the ”Sabre Special Award”. Also, our student project presented in the Take-Off Startup was the youngest project of all.
