Ece T. represented our school at the MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology Scratch Conference held between July 26-28 with her presentation ”Scratch in Turkey – A Student Organizer’s Perspective”.
Within the scope of the conference, educators and technology experts shared their opinion regarding the importance of technology education for students and how it should be structured. Ece’s presentation, with the motto ”from students to those who want to learn” was about the concept of scratch which was also tackled within the context of ”Hisar Coding Summit” organized by our Computer Science Department.
Upon the presentation, Ece answered the questions of the audience and was congratulated by MIT Scratch Mitchel Resnick for being the youngest participant. We wish our student Ece continued success.
