We hosted 36 schools and 500 students at the 12. JMUN which was held on December 14-17. 100 students from Hisar Middle School also participated in the conference while 150 Hisar High School students were on duty. At the opening ceremony, our guest speaker, Mr. Uluç Özülker, one of our former ambassadors, shared his views and possible resolutions on the conference theme, “Confronting Extremisms”. Following the impressive opening ceremony students attended effective discussions and experienced enjoyable team work for 3,5 days.
Also CNN Türk attended the opening ceremony and aired a news on Hisar JMUN on December 18 including interviews with two of our high school students who are also MUN Secretary Generals, our high school principal and our middle school principal.
