Our 4th grades started their community services work that includes the Social Studies unit topics. They started to explore what harmed our surroundings and the nature with the “Environment We Live” unit. Our students talked about how much energy is used in the production we use, in the “Production to Consumption” unit. They also mentioned the damage of energy facilities to the nature in their classes. What they observed in the videos they watched, the photographs they saw and from their discussions was that, we will continue to destroy the nature as long as we do not make our consumptions safer. They work will continue on our electronic recycling campaign.
