In May 4-7, 2016, our students competed in various categories at GEF World Festival of Creativity in School in San Remo, Italy, and received the following awards: Balca Naz E. FASHION (2nd), Defne U. EDUC-ARTE (1st), Talya Y. DA VINCI’S SECRETS (1st) and Mina D. DA VINCI’S SECRETS (1st).
Also, our orchestra of 39 students, B-Yüzü, entered the GEF International School Festival in San Remo, Italy, and competed against 18 other schools in 3 categories. B-Yüzü performed 3 songs: “Mad About You” by Sting, “California Dreaming” by The Mamas and the Papas and, Lara Y.’s own song, “I don’t Know.”
