The target of the election process at Hisar School is to let our students to understand the importance of having the right of voting and voting out, be aware that the assemblage is for representing every opinion, and understand the importance of “freedom of opinion” in building a peaceful democratic environment.
Our process started by the election of class representatives. The groups formed by class representatives, “Mutlu Hisar”, “Hisar Birlik” and “Kahraman Hisar”; visited the classrooms and made propaganda speeches on 12-21 October.
All primary students voted on 22 October and “Mutlu Hisar” is selected on board by getting the maximum number of votes.
We believe that our Student Union will work in a democratic way by ensuring and advocating the rights of every student.
